Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us within this period to initiate a return.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags, accessories, and packaging included.
  • If your order included any free gifts, they must also be returned unused and in original condition. If free gifts are missing, used, or damaged, their value may be deducted from the refund.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization or without contacting us first may not be accepted.
  • Original shipping fees and optional shipping protection/guarantee fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Please note: The following situations are not considered quality issues:

  • Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, texture, or slight color differences due to monitor or lighting variations.
  • Dissatisfaction related to personal preference, style, or color.
  • Damage caused by use, washing, improper care, alterations, self-repair, or other human factors.
  • Items clearly marked as defective or imperfect at the time of purchase.
  • Size-related issues. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing. Our customer service team may provide recommendations, but final size selection is the customer's responsibility.
  • Slight measurement differences between items of the same size due to design or style variations.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same item and color in a different size, subject to availability.

Exchange Fees

We do not charge any exchange service fees. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs, depending on the reason for the exchange.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our Customer Service team before returning any items. In your email, include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Important: Please do not send returned items to the sender's address on the package. Returns sent without prior contact or authorization may not be accepted.

Processing & Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If you have not received your refund within 30 days after shipping your return, please contact us for assistance.

We aim to respond to all return-related inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
